Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfilment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

 

USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZELAND: Free Shipping 7/21 business days.

EUROZONE: Free Shipping 2/7 business days.

Please note that your tracking information might not be visible on your account once your order leaves our warehouse since we need to receive this information from the courier and upload it into our system. However, if you cannot see your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us by email at info@desiros.me.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

In certain cases, a delivery may be unsuccessful due to factors beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, the following scenarios:

  1. Incorrect Shipping Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, leading to a failed delivery attempt.

  2. Absence at Time of Delivery: If you are not available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.

  3. Unclaimed Parcels: If your parcel is placed at a local pickup location and you fail to collect it within the carrier's specified timeframe.

In all these instances, the parcel will be returned to us by the local carrier. Here's how we handle these situations:

 

  • Address Changes After Shipment: Once a product is shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address. The handling of the parcel in such situations is the responsibility of the local carrier.

  • Reshipping: We offer reshipping in cases of unsuccessful delivery. Additional charges for reshipping are:

    • 10 Euros for orders to Europe
    • 10 GBP for orders to the UK
    • 15 AUD for orders to Australia
    • 10 USD for orders to the USA

To initiate a reship, please contact us with your order details and correct shipping address.

  • Accuracy of Shipping Details: We encourage our customers to ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of placing the order to avoid additional costs and delays.

If the parcel is shipped more than once and the customer fails to collect it, we will not be able to process a refund due to the additional shipping costs covered.

Alternate Delivery Arrangements

Local Carrier Discretion

Please be aware that in certain instances, the local delivery carriers may deliver your order to an alternate location. This may include:

  1. Delivering to a Neighbour: If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier may leave it with a neighbouring address.
  2. Safe Place Delivery: The carrier might place your package in a safe location at your address if it's deemed secure.
  3. Local Pickup Points: The carrier could drop off your package at a nearby pickup location for your convenience.

Our Role and Limitations

We understand that these alternate delivery arrangements can sometimes cause inconvenience. Please note that:

  • Limited Control: These decisions are made at the discretion of the local carrier based on their policies and judgment. As such, we have no direct control over these delivery choices.
  • No Liability: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to these alternate delivery methods chosen by the carrier.

Assistance and Contacting the Carrier

  • Assistance Offered: While we cannot control the carrier's delivery decisions, we are committed to assisting you in any way we can. Should you have any concerns or queries regarding the whereabouts of your package, we are here to help guide you.
  • Direct Contact Required: Due to privacy reasons and the sensitive nature of the information involved, it is necessary for you to directly contact the local carrier for detailed information about your package's delivery status. They may require you to provide personal details for identification and security purposes, which we are not authorised to handle on your behalf.
