All physical products sold on this website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under European Union law: at least two years from delivery.

What the legal guarantee covers
Consumers can enforce their rights if goods do not match the description or do not work as expected. In these cases the seller must offer free repair or replacement and, in some cases, a price reduction or a full refund.
What to do if you receive a non-conforming product
- Contact us as soon as possible to report the problem.
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, an invoice or a bank statement.
Legal guarantee and our commercial guarantee
The legal guarantee of conformity is a right provided by law and lasts two years. Our 30-day "satisfied or refunded" guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee: it is in addition to the legal guarantee and does not limit or replace it in any way. After the 30 days you still have all the rights granted by the legal guarantee.
